3. Show Home Button
The home button hasn’t been enabled in Chrome for a long time, but it’s not completely gone. If you actually like having a specific homepage at a click of a home button you can add it and set it to whatever site you want. It can be an alternative to the New Tab page.
To enable it just click the menu button, then go to Settings, and under “Appearance” enable “Show Home button”.
