		<description>I remember when cable internet had quite a few speed packages available. The cable company the cut it down to 2 plans to choose from after they added their broadband telephone services. Go figure. You&#039;re probably better off finding an independent Internet company for your broadband needs nowadays. I&#039;m fed up with the cable companies doing what they want. Bad enough they have exclusive regional rights.

		<description>I had a similar situation with Comcast, except the other way around.  I only wanted broadband Internet service - not cable, since I don&#039;t have a TV - but it&#039;s cheaper to get Internet and cable together than to just get Internet service by itself.  Go figure.
