    it is interesting that columinists from Motley Fool or others are writing about First Solar ‘s cadmium telluride solar panels as being unable to withstand high temperatures in the hot deserts.. Are they lying or what/ ? Cadmium is commonly used in older rechargeable batteires used in cheap products . However, they are being phased out as lithoium ion rechargable batteries are becoming dominant nowadays. Also NIckely hydribe recharagable batteries are being phased out as well because of nickel prices already skyrocketing, I reckon! at $12 a pound ouch!
