In order to disable the program, select the arrow that appears to the right of the yellow badge on the toolbar, then select the “Disable PopUpCop” menu option or “Allow Pop-ups from this Site” menu option.

The popular Mozilla Firefox Web Browser has a pop-up blocking capability embedded in the program. In order to disable the application, select “Tools” then “Options.” Select the “Web Features” icon and remove the option beside the “Block Popup Windows” choice then click “ok.”
How to Turn Off the Norton Internet Security Pop-Up Blocker
The Norton Internet Security program suite automatically enables pop-up blocking on a computer’s web browser once installed. In order to disable the application:
Step 1 – Open the Norton Internet Security Control Panel by double clicking the program icon located in the Windows System Tray.
Step 2 – Select the “Ad Blocking” line of the screen and then click the “Turn Off” menu button.
Step 3 – Close the Norton Window and the application will be disabled.
