Google Chrome extensions are programs that add useful features and extend a browser’s functionality.
To browse available extensions:
1) Visit chrome.google.com/webstore and click Extensions on the left side menu.

Google Chrome users can personalize Google Chrome by adding themes, extensions, and applications. Themes allow users to personalize the browser’s look, extensions extend the browser’s functionality, and applications are programs that users can access from their browser without downloading them onto a computer.

Google Plus is a social networking tool that allows people to use “Circles” of friends to share thoughts, links, photos, and more with others.  Since Google Plus is synced with one’s Google account, changing one’s password on Google Plus changes the password that one uses for logging into Gmail or other Google Account services.

Google Plus is Google’s new way of offering the latest social networking tools. In Google Plus, users add friends through a different interface that uses “circles” to sort friends by group, priority, and sharing status. Users can upload and create photo albums like Facebook on Google Plus.

Google Chrome stores browsing data that includes specific pages, cached text, and images. The saved data allows enhanced browser speeds by reducing the amount of data that must be transferred. Google Chrome also stores passwords and cookies that enable websites to customize the browsing experience.

By default, Google Chrome allows all cookies from websites.
However, the user has complete control over giving cookies permission in Google Chrome and the settings can be adjusted by following these directions:
1. Click the “Wrench” icon on the browser toolbar.
2. Select Options (On Mac and Linux, Preferences. On a Chromebook, Settings).

Google Plus, which Google provides, is a social networking service that differs from other social networking services as it provides users with a variety of features that other social networking websites do not. These features include Myspace and Facebook.

Google Plus, which Google sponsors, is a social networking service that allows users to communicate with friends, family members, and co-workers in ways that other social networking services such as Myspace, Facebook, and Twitter do not allow.

To customize one’s default homepage on Google Chrome, one will need to adjust one’s homepage settings. To do so, follow these instructions:
1. Click the Wrench icon on the browser toolbar.
2. Select Options (Preferences on Mac and Linux or Settings on a Chromebook).
