Meebo is Blocked – What Do I Do?
When Meebo is blocked at your school or work place, you can use a variety of techniques to access the site.

You could also access Meebo by using the Meebo Repeater. The Meebo Repeater is software developed by the Meebo team for people who want to chat securely when their IM access is restricted. Just install the repeater on a computer that can access the Web freely, and then use that computer to bounce the signal to Meebo. Unlike other proxies available, the Meebo Repeater can only be used to access meebo.com. Below are the steps you should follow to set up the repeater.
* Download the repeater. You can find it here.
* Run it.
* Enable Meebo to bypass any firewalls that show up.
* The repeater should automatically configure itself to connect to Meebo.
Another technique to access Meebo would be to type the IP address for meebo.com in to your web browser. (The current IP address for meebo.com is http://208.81.191.110/). However, if your firewall maps the IP address to the Web Server (reverse DNS lookup), the website will continue to remain blocked.
