MSN Messenger Plus
MSN Messenger Plus is an extension to Windows Live Messenger.
MSN Messenger Plus Features
Tabbed Chats – MSN Messenger Plus allows use of Tabs (similarly to Internet Explorer 7 and Mozilla Firefox 2) to convert an overloaded studio to a single window; you can enable tabs for certain conversations and categorize the rest normally too.
QuickTexts – QuickTexts is a feature in MSN Messenger Plus that will allow you to use text shortcuts in order to string a larger phrase of text; for example: if you were to type "Hi," the output could be "Hello, you are now speaking with [namehere]. How may I help you?"
Custom Sounds – Similarly to Winks, Custom Sounds can instantly be sent to other contacts in order to show emotions using sound. Custom Sounds can be created at the click of a button; you will just need to upload the MP3. NOTE: Custom Sounds will not display any form of emoticon (otherwise it would be a wink).
Personalized Status – MSN Messenger Plus allows you to create your own statuses, including auto-responders; you can even set a timer to set your status back the way it was.
Messenger Lock – Messenger Lock will promptly hide all MSN Messenger Plus windows, minimizing them to the tray. You can do thus using the Ctrl + Space shortcut; double-click the hard-drive icon to restore the windows.
Contacts on Desktop – Contacts on Desktop allows you to display certain contacts in a little bar on your desktop; you can drag and drop files, links or messages in a flash.
HTML Chat Logging – MSN Messenger Plus logs every conversation that you have with any contacts; this is a great feature to provide proof. Custom emoticons are even displayed in the beautiful logs!
Event Viewer and Event Logging – Similarly to Chat Logging, Event Viewer and Event Logging will keep a track of when your contacts sign in and out.
Contact List Clean-Up – You may have used the Desktop Clean-Up feature before; Contact List Clean-Up will help you delete any contacts that you may not have talked to for months, possibly years.
Polygamy (run multiple MSN accounts) – Polygamy will allow you to have more than one MSN Messenger Plus window open; this means that you can be logged into more than one account at a time. This is a great feature for webmasters; example: Personal Account and Website Administrator.
Compatibility
MSN Messenger Plus can be installed on the following OS's:
- 32bit or 64bit version of Windows XP/Vista
- Windows 98/2000 (compatible with MSN Messenger 4.7 to 7.5 only)
The current build of MSN Messenger Plus is compatible with the following languages: English, Spanish, French, Arabic, Catalan, Chinese Simplified, Chinese Traditional, Danish, Dutch, Estonian, Finnish, German, Hebrew, Hungarian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Portuguese, Swedish, Thai and Turkish.

msn messenger keeps logging me out as soon as i open a chat with a contact, no error codes given. msn stays open untill i try to open a chat then logs me straight out.. i have windows vista, iv uninstalled msn and reinstalled, still occurs, only happens with this one account my other works fine helpppppp
I have a zilean problems with MSN Messenger Plus. Seriously it repeatedly logs me out and crashes for no reason. I use Microsoft Vista maybe that is why. Vista isn’t compatible with anything including Microsoft.
