9. Add Them To A List
There is such thing on Twitter as a customized list of users. This has a few different purposes that can all become extremely useful. A private list cannot be seen by any other person, and it is the best way to view only the updates from people you care to read. Public lists can be slightly more complicated because the people on them receive a notification when added. Use it to your advantage by using a flattering title and adding users that they look up to. An example would be adding the person you want to grab the attention to a list of “interesting people”, alongside a mixture of their favorite authors or actors.
