4. Soften Your Lighting
The biggest challenge when it comes to lighting is trying to find the right balance between high and low lighting. If you end up going with lower light or taking shots indoors, natural lighting is the way to go and will elevate your photography to a whole new level. Utilizing soft, indoor lighting is great for food and portrait photography as well.
One of the greatest advantages that comes with using a lower light source is that photos can come out with a natural blur or softness that can add an artistic element to your photography without having to resort to using pre-loaded filters.
