8. Find Big Mail
It’s a fact of life, Gmail accounts get full in the business world. Find Big Mail does pretty much what the name indicates, it ferrets out the storage hogs, so they can be deleted. This is especially useful for companies because it can be installed by the domain administrator and everyone will have a Find Big Mail button on their menu.
A scan is run and the 20 largest emails are identified and the user can delete them, freeing up space for newer business. The program helpfully tags emails as big, really big and ultra big and it’s easy to strip out and save attachments. Find Big Mail also sends out nifty little pie charts that show the composition of the users mailbox.
Google is a very useful tool on its own, however, there are many useful add-ons available that make a user’s time even more productive. It’s easy to explore them because most of them offer free trials or lite versions. With a little time and experimenting, it is easy for an individual or a business to find just the right tools to increase productivity.
