    8. The change in Player versus Player gearing has rendered World of Warcraft non addicting for true pvpers

    Part of what use to make World of Warcraft addicting for the longest time was the pvp system. The gearing was difficult, but now, they have a catch up mechanic for people that have just recently hit 90. This allows them to start with a larger currency cap for conquest points which allows people to get the best gear for pvp almost instantly. Part of what makes pvp fun is the challenge of getting gear and proving your skills, but this aspect of the game has ruined it for the pvpers who use to be addicted to the game so to speak.
