DeepBurner Free Version
DeepBurner comes in two versions, Pro and Free. DeepBurner Free supports CD-R/CD-RW, DVD+R/RW, and DVD-R/RW/RAM discs. DeepBurner Free can burn and write ISO images.

Final Burner Free
Final Burner Free has various different products (free and paid) to choose from. Most of the paid releases have evaluation versions.
Final Burner Free supports CD-R/RW, DVD+R/RW, DVD-R/RW, and DVD-DL. This program can burn and write ISO images.

ImgBurn
ImgBurn is probably the easiest to use out of the lot. It is a free, no-spyware CD/DVD Burner.
