Vine is a service owned by Twitter that’s basically like Twitter for videos. Just as tweets are only 140 characters long vines can be only 6 seconds long, and they loop.
VPeeker shows latest vines as they happen, and it’s pretty interesting because in some way you’re basically watching a stream of people’s moments all over the world, in video. Every six seconds you get to see a small part of someone’s life somewhere in that big busy world.
